Standard Zoroark/Ninetales

So ever since Ninetales GX came out it's been one of my favourite decks, and I've constantly been trying to make it work. I'm convinced it should be good since it can hit very relevant numbers with not much difficulty (190 w choice band, 210 w choice band + 1 koko spread, 230 w choice band + 2 koko spread or 1 koko spread + Kukui), but I just don't think it runs consistently enough. That's why I paired it with Zoroark to see how that went, and here's the list I ended up going with.

Pokémon - 19

* 4 Zorua SLG 52
* 4 Zoroark-GX PR-SM SM84
* 2 Tapu Koko PR-SM SM31
* 1 Espeon-EX BKP 117
* 1 Mew-EX LTR 139
* 2 Tapu Lele-GX GRI 137
* 3 Alolan Vulpix GRI 21
* 2 Alolan Ninetales-GX GRI 132

Trainer Cards - 31

* 1 Professor Kukui SUM 148
* 2 Brigette BKT 161
* 3 Professor Sycamore STS 114
* 2 Cynthia UPR 119
* 2 N NVI 101
* 4 Ultra Ball PLB 90
* 3 Aqua Patch GRI 119
* 3 Choice Band GRI 121
* 1 Float Stone PLF 99
* 1 Field Blower GRI 163
* 1 Rescue Stretcher GRI 130
* 3 Guzma BUS 115
* 4 Puzzle of Time BKP 109
* 1 Mallow GRI 145

Energy - 10

* 4 Double Colorless Energy GRI 166
* 6 Water Energy GEN 77

So what improvements are there to be made? Ideally, I would like another field blower, but the list is very tight. Also, the whole time I've been playing this list I've included 1 or 2 baby Ninetales as they can be very clutch, however upon further consideration I realised it does not really align with the overall strategy for the deck. I would still like to include at least one, but as I said I don't feel like there's much wiggle room.
